Going home
I'm not looking forward... but Mama and Papa are excited about going home.
I guess it's all relative.
It has been a good 2 1/2 weeks.
Can't wait for the next trip!!

Frankfurt
Our final destination on this trip. I'm quite sad that the holiday is ending... wish it could go on for longer. But alas...
Frankfurt is definitely not my kind of city... I'm more of a Bourton on the Water, Rothenberg on der Tauber, Munich kind of gal... where it is steeped in history
Frankfurt does have its charms, but would I return for another visit? Unlikely... unless if I have to catch a flight from here in the future.

Outlet shopping at Wertheim
Not really shopping... more like window shopping because things are still very expensive when converted to MYR
But I did get a Mandarina Duck messenger bag... to ganti my handbag yang dah lunyai from this trip

Driving on the autobahn
We had a Mercedes A class. Compact yet comfortable. Nice
Although it was only 1.6, can *lari* jugak this car. Tapi I tak berani drive laju2 walaupun kat autobahn there's no speed limit...

The walled town from atop the bell tower
I fought very hard to overcome my fear of heights this trip. And no test was bigger than when I ascended this tower. The steps were steep, the opening small and the landing was no bigger than a foot, terus nampak the ground below as I *kneeled* out of the overhead opening.
Dah lah the *lantai* is the jeriji (is that what you call it?) besi yang ada lopong... macam your drain covers tu... when walking on the platform, kena jalan mengiring sebab it's so sempit.
Memang ku gagahkan jua... demi mendapat gambar scenery yang terbaik
And for my effort and fighting my fear of heights... I was awarded with a breathtaking view and I think I've overcome my takut tinggi!!

Signages
One of the charming things about these German towns are the signages that they use for the shops... they're so pretty, artistic and sometimes quirky
Here are some samples...
