On the Marienbrucke for a view of the "Cinderella" castle

I read on travel forums that every visitor to the Neuschwanstein Castle should first head towards Marienbrucke for a dramatic view of the castle.
The bridge sits atop a gorge... very high up, and there were many tourists who had jelly legs and thus takut nak pergi towards the middle of the bridge where the view is best. I am also afraid of heights, but on this trip, I *fought* my inner demons and *went for it*.
Legs still jelly-like... I started walking holding on to the railings, but after a while I realised that I I do so, I won't be able to take any photos. So off I went... fist with small steps, then more confidently. I surprised myself... I've finally overcome my fear of heights, although not entirely  I even looked down into the gorge and took photos... surprisingly, it didn't feel so scary anymore
I'm so glad that I decided to walk to the middle of the bridge, because it afforded me one of the most breathtaking sight on this trip

The garden is famous for the Oktoberfest festivities... and for large green lungs. They have several football size fields and some are for naked sunbathers!! But I didn't go see lah... I was with my dad
