I attended a 2-week workshop in Beatenberg & Basel, Switzerland. Other participants came from all over the world... Thailand, Canada, Israel, Mongolia, Italy, Japan, Nepal, USA, Slovenia, UK, Luxembourg, Sudan, Egypt, Belgium, India, Germany, Indonesia, Bahamas, France, Turkey, Netherlands & Austria.
During the week we were all serious.. discussing international developments, doing case studies... but come the weekend, we had FUN!!
We went hiking through the forest (in the rain and cold... very cold!!) for about 4 hours and also went up Jungfrau
At the time I didn't have a digital camera so took photos mostly on the film camera. Will scan some of the photos I took when I have the time...
Switzerland is sooooooo beautiful... and everything is on time. Including our meals, hehe. We stayed at a lodge hotel... each room had it's own living, dining and kitchennette.. with the bedroom on the upper/lower floor (depending on which room you get). But I hardly spent time in the room since the workshop was intensive 9am - 9pm.
Also did a sidetrip to Lucerne and Milan (to meet a friend)... more on that in a different post.
